Mechanic needed

I have a chevy volt and it needs front pads, I think. I have a 2003 Lincoln navigator that has a broken latch on the trunk that keeps the anti theft light lit. I cant just disconnect the fuse...i tried that. I think this issue wears my battery down and then I have to jump it, constantly. Looking for good mechanic with fair pricing.
