Need removal of acoustic texture. Texture is not painted so just wet and scrape. About 1500 sq ft to be scraped. Some general demo work and clean up. Wallpaper removal (2 walls). Tools provided. Have wallpaper steamer to remove wallpaper. Debri moved into dumpster. 2 day, 2 man job, tops. Will pay $800 for the job flat even if you get done early or in a day. Must have own transportation. Work ready to start. Do a good job and may have more work for you on other projects.
