FOREMAN Do you have the patience and skills to run a crew of 5 workers? Do you have the basic construction skills and experience? You don't have to know everything, because we have the experience in the office. We need someone on the jobsite to be a working foreman and to report to us in the office. You will be managing the crew and the crew's workload. At end of the day, you will be planning the workload of who does what tomorrow. You will be responsible for advising our office to order necessary supplies. If you are willing to learn, we will help you gain these skills. A foreman cannot be "high" on the job or "drinking" on the job. You will need to be at the jobsite 15 minuets prior to the crew. You will lock down the building at end of the day. You are the first to arrive and last to leave. You will be bringing-back-to-life a 5 story historical building. Giving it a new purpose. 40 hour week. Flexible time.
