LEGACY OF DEFOREST MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR Noel Manor & The Legacy of Noel Manor is a modern Retirement Living Community (RCAC & CBRF) that offers housing, services and amenities to seniors. We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Director to help lead this facility and join our growing company! The Maintenance Director has the overall responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the Community building(s), grounds, and all related equipment. The Maintenance Director’s job is to oversee the total operation of both facilites at our Verona campus, and equipment room(s), as related to maintenance within the company Policy & Procedures Manual. This position leads the various departments of maintenance, housekeeping/laundry, transportation, and emergency procedures, among others, to ensure exceptional Community upkeep and operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is highly motivated, independent, timely and organized. Primary Job Duties Include: Oversee the turnover of all apartments and guarantee empty units are move-in ready Ensure the grounds are well-maintained to preserve a home-like appearance Oversee the completion of work order repairs, regulatory maintenance and routine inspections Communicate with vendors regarding services, job completion and expectations Comply with all internal and external safety guidelines (PVSHM, OSHA, DHS, etc.) Assist in the event of an emergency situation (fire, power outage, etc.) Why Be the Maintenance Director at the Legacy of DeForest: Individuals who are looking for a team environment, leadership position and the opportunity to help others would love to work at Noel Manor & The Legacy at Noel Manor. Required Education/Training: High school diploma 1-3 years job-related experience Preferred Experience: Experience with a work order based system General industry knowledge of building systems like mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
