missing cockatiel. has red bracelet on right foot that has the numbers 1427 or might have two different numbers instead of 27, bracelet also says HAI i think i cant remeber. Her name is brisa(bree-sah)and will respond to brisa. she might get scared of you at first but after like 2 minutes with her she will then get use to you and will let you grab her altho she might just start biting.
