I am a semi retired general contractor that never learned to say no to work. If you are a somewhat experienced builder type person with a good driving record, your own insurance etc. and want to team up with me for preferably a three day work week. give me a call and lets talk. I will do so many different things it's hard to describe just what, but it has always been close to hard scape jobs, i have a nice collection of equipment, Dump truck, Bob Cat, small excavator, welding shop etc. I hire pro finishers when we pour concrete. I'm also pretty generous dividing up the money I don't have to work, I just want to. I'm not going to start a pay roll again just looking for someone with the same mind set who wants to work part-time. .
