We are looking for trustworthy and hardworking individuals to join the Advanced Marketing team and share this opportunity with the community. OUTREACH/SALES Requirements: • Monday through Friday, flexible hours • Full-time work & Part Time available • Great customer service/communication required • Must have valid driver’s license • Must have reliable vehicle (company gas card provided) OUTREACH/SALES Responsibilities: • Enroll customers into no-cost energy programs (training provided) • Provide a basic audit of home / business • Canvass communities • Gain a complete understanding of company programs and guidelines • Provide clear communication to customers about utility program and next steps • Ability to stay on task and meet deadlines EDUCATION: • High School Diploma or GED certificate EXPERIENCE: • Entry Level – training provided • Previous door-to-door experience preferred, not required • Spanish speaking preferred but not required BENEFITS: • Vehicle allowance • Health Insurance options after 90 days. • Dental options after 90 days. * Vision Insurance options after 90 days.
