As a Make Ready Tech your responsibility is to ensure that all vacant units are restored timely to move in status. This position will also perform general repairs and assist in the overall maintenance of the property. Essential Job Functions Inspect the condition of all interior units prior to starting repairs to include, but not limited to; walls, appliances, electrical, plumbing, windows/doors and filters. Perform repairs/upkeep to vacant units prior to move-in and within company standards/guidelines Responsible for the daily upkeep of the grounds and appearance of the property. Qualifications: Able to pass criminal background check At least 6 months of job history related to this industry Reliable cell phone and transportation Own set of tools is highly preferred Able to work on your feet for long periods of time, heavy lifting, and general knowledge of tools' Job will last 4 t0 6 weeks-- consistent hours--weekly pay-- all bus accessible!!
