Drywall repair/skim coat

Description

We have 3 walls in a room that were damaged with pin holes (from push pins). The tenant tried to repair with spackle but did not do a good job. A 5’ high, 60’ wide section of wall needs to be repaired- likely skim coated. We do not need prime or paint just repair and sand. This is an active artist studio with open ceilings so dust control is important- festool or other vacuum sander is required. Please send your price and availability.
