Landscapper/gardener needed for monthly service

Hi- I just moved into a new house that has a beautiful landscaped courtyard with trees, plants, bushes, etc. I am looking for a landscaper to come twice a month to: - Trim palm tree branches - Rake and clear fallen/dead leaves - Water the plants, trees, bushes, etc. I have attached some photos of the courtyard. Please let me know your availability, your experience and a rough quote.
