Need help with bathtub reinforcement, tile removal

I have a kohler deep bathtub that has developed a loud squeeking noise when standing in the back of the tub. The same problem occurred shortly after it was installed several years ago and it was because the bottom was flexing and had to be reinforced with expandable foam. Now the problem has come back. I have taken pictures of the inside of the tub and the side view. I'd like somebody to remove one of the large side tiles from the base of the tub to access below the tub and reinforce it again with expanding foam to get rid of this squeek. I have one large matching replacement tile available and the same grout. Ideally somebody with some experience with tile work.
