D&W is seeking a Facilities Custodian to work at our Corporate Facility in Auburn, NY. Job Responsibilities: • General outside maintenance tasks including mowing, weed eating, snow removal, etc. • Daily cleaning including sweeping aisles in the production facility and removing trash. • Cleaning of the production and administration facilities, rest rooms and break areas. • Help prepare for customer/supplier visits and training sessions and other special events. Job Requirements: • Knowledge of basic facility cleaning techniques and methods. • Use of basic tools and cleaning equipment. • Experience using outdoor power equipment. • Ability to follow basic directions and work without interfering with others. • Valid driver license with clean driving record. • High School diploma or equivalent. • Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds repetitively.
