This is a discontinued product that originated in Idaho for a little while. You're able to hook it up to your bike and secure your dog into it so they're able to jog along with you, if you prefer, or you can put the platforms down and they're able to ride on top of that. It does come with the safety clips to hook onto your dog's collar or harness. The wheels are completely resistant to popping or going flat. It is missing the attachment for the bike, however I'm pretty sure that it's the same as any other bike trailer and it wouldn't be difficult to replace. There are screens that'll come with this but they need a little bit of work. When I got it they were sun damaged and the velcro stopped holding it so I began using small clips but just never finished that project. All in all, it's a nifty little gadget to have. Asking $100 obo
