I am looking for a helper for my business - Yard Work. - requires to be out in the elements - requires to be efficient - requires to be good at time management - requires lifting semi-heavy items regularly - requires bending over - must have reliable transportation (truck preferable but not a must) - must have clean driver license More importantly, I am looking for someone reliable and dependable. As a small business owner, it is extremely difficult to find someone with these basic traits. But I guess its not basic anymore if many don't have them.
