With 70% of the Earth's surface containing water and plenty of water under the Earth's surface this is a another fear Terror and hysteria attack upon the mass mind of America. Originally the term was toilet to tap. But that is not clear and is misleading. The so-called purified toilet water goes on to your tongue and into your body! If the anti g m o people would have substituted the word "mutating" instead of "modifying" for the letter M there would be less trouble with Monsanto. Not dissimilar is the fact that sand is 400% more effective and smothering fires than Antiquated water. Yet every attempt at communicating this to the politicians with Dodd and Newsom and the local politician who I thought was above perfidy but is not was met with total silence! They Don't Care About Us in California burning. They care about themselves and their family and their hidden safety valves that the general public is kept from knowing about.
