Trades person needed for property maintenance

Description

We are a property management company with approximately 80 unit needing skilled trades people to work on units. Can be anything from clean out of units to electrical, plumbing, anything that might need be done to turn a vacated unit to make it rentable. This would be done as a independent contractor being given a 1099. You would be self employed only contracting with us to do work. Can be done on a full time basis or part time basis as needed.
