Retro-fit LED lighting install and supporting the completion of the projects such as setting up, prepping material, supporting other install team members and cleaning up during and after the installation job. The various jobs will require ladder and lift work both indoor and outdoor fixtures. Must be able to lift 80lbs. Must have a vehicle and/or the ability to report to our warehouse in Salisbury MD in order to go with the crew, in the company vehicle to the job sites on time. Must be willing to travel 85% of the time. Clean Jeans/khakis with no holes or tears in the fabric, shirts/coats should have minimal logos and avoid slogans, slang, or otherwise politically charged statements. Heeled boots for ladder work, safety toe shoes may be required on request. 40-hour work weeks, Monday thru Friday. With notice some weeks may be adjusted to 10hr, (4) day work weeks. Electrical Experience great but not required. We will train you. Starting pay depends on experience, with a great work ethic and dedication to your job, you will receive increases and bonuses.
