Start Today: Put a 30 foot French Drain in a back yard

Looking for an experienced person / crew to build a drain in a back yard of a rental property. Please reply only if you have immediate availability. See Pics: The home is at the bottom of a downhill slope and is eroding the soil causing water to be routed into the foundation of the home. There is about a 6 foot drop from the back of the yard to the foundation of the home. The distance from the start of the drop and the foundation is about 35-40 feet. Details: Looking from the back of the home, the lot slopes down (obviously) and from left to right. Water is flowing down from 2 places. 1) Behind the garage to the eroded area and into the home. 2) From the top middle of the lot, into the eroded area and into the home. The drain (like the one pictured) will need to be about 30 feet. * There are some other drainage issues at this home that need to be addressed that we can speak about later but I would like to get this one out of the way first.
