I am looking to have some work done on the first floor of my house. I've recently moved in and have had some plumbing work done that's left a few rough spots that need to be fixed up. The work includes repairing a hole in the ceiling as well as missing drywall/plaster in our pantry. Painting and fixing up our pantry. I also have one room that needs to be fully painted.
