Local property management company looking to build a maintenance company. We are looking for a maintenance technician to perform maintenance on multiple property types including interior and exterior work. Must have own transportation and tools.
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Some weekends or evening hours as necessary in emergency situations. Health, dental and vision is provided after a waiting period. Paid time off and paid holidays after 6 months of employment.
