Hello my name is Jessica Rodgers I am currently coming out of a 8 year relationship and I am looking for a 3 bed room 2 bed house for me, my son and my mother. I can pay a year in advance and would like to be around 900-1500 or 15,000 -20,000 for a down payment on a property on a rent to own property. I am needing it as soon as possible. Currently my situation is a little bit difficult because I do not have verifiable income but I do have my own business and i will be getting another job soon in addition to my business plus My mother gets social security of $779. I haven’t really worked a normal steady job in the last 8 years because he didnt want me to work in order to take care of his personal needs and manage the house up keep so i was a domestic engineer. well now we are bresking up and i need to move out of his house. asap My last rental was sheppards edge apartments. I paid my lease all upfront in October of 2019 and got my full deposite with it emaculent clean and ready to move in upon my dn California because my grandparents died and so I will be coming in to some money once they sell $ my estimate is between $500,000-$700,000. But I dont know how long that will take after we go through probate and could take up to a year or more but I need something super fast so if I could do a rent to buy with about $15,000-$20,000 to pay either a years lease in advance or a down payment on a house that would be great. Is this something you think you might be interested in. I am looking in Wichita Falls, burkburnet,iowa park and other areas. also there is a office downtown for 900 all bills paid.. does anyone want to go in to busness with me and rent it with me? i can afford 900 a month all bills paid since i have to pay for house.it a nice 4 rm office and really want to get it so i can have a place for my business. if anyone is interested in helping with the office please let me know asap. it won't last long so please if anyone needs an office space please get that with me. i sale weapons jewelry,knives,swords,soaps,wax melts and so much more...i have huge ammount of inventory just need a place.
