Commercial Flooring Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate to grow with our expanding organization. We specialize in fast-track schedules, large scale commercial projects, and occupied healthcare renovations. Commercial Flooring Services has been established in the area for over twenty years and our in-house team is arguably the best in all of Colorado. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be trained and certified to be held accountable for supporting the continued efficient operations of the company warehouse. Qualifications: • Must be able to lift up to 50 LBS unassisted • Must be able to work in an environment of consistent Lifting, Bending, and prolonged periods of standing. • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Specifically – Excel & Outlook) • Strong ability to multi task, prioritize duties • Highly organized • Must have reliable form of transportation • Strong verbal and written communication skills (must be able to speak, read and write English) • Strong math skills • Dependable, punctual and able to comply with company standards of professionalism Desired Skills • Forklift certified - not required but desired. • Previous experience with inventory/database management software - not required but desired. Job Duties: • Load and unload delivery trucks • Verify materials received match packing slip and purchase order product, quantities, colors, etc. • Inspect all materials for damage upon receipt • Record receipt of materials in company database (JobRunner) • Record pick/delivery of materials in company database (JobRunner) • Record and process material returns from jobsites (JobRunner) • Maintain delivery vehicles and company tools • Inspect and clean for safe operation • Keep proper Vehicle maintenance records • Schedule regular maintenance for damaged vehicles and tools • Clean warehouse to maintain a safe and efficient work area • Participate in physical inventory to verify stock and identify losses • Prepare orders for delivery to jobsites • Other duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective operation of the warehouse Normal work hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, 40 hours/week. Some early morning, after hours and weekends may be required.
