I have some water damage in my bathroom ceiling drywall. Leak has been repaired already. I would like a 12'' X 12'' section of water damaged drywall removed and replaced with new drywall, spackled, sanded, primed and painted. Also, the box out in the ceiling has some flaking in the edges I would like scraped down, spackled, sanded, primed and painted.
