Two dogs in need of a good home

I am looking for a good home for two dogs that were my brother's and fell into my care after he passed away. They are both around four years old and are up to date on their shots and I can provide verification from the vet I've been taking them to. They have no health problems and are house trained. One is a chocolate lab named Nikka and the other is a mixed breed medium sized dog named Jack. They are both very playful and love to run around in our fenced in yard. I would love if someone is able to take both of them so they are not separated since they have been together for a couple of years now. They are both great with people but Nikka does not get along well with other dogs only Jack. If you were to be looking to rehome Nikka from me she would have to be the only dog you have or take her with Jack to have two dogs.
