Are there any local folks that have maybe 200-400 square feet available in a workshop, garage, or mill space to sublet? I am a hobbyist woodworker with a basic set of contractor tools and craft projects that I would rather not mothball when the weather turns. The inherent noise and dust will be mitigated as much as possible and I’ll likely be around about 12-15hrs a week. I am imagining a random space in a barn or in an unused wing of old factory or garage that someone might consider privately renting for a bit of extra cash each month while I can make picture frames & cornhole boards without bothering my nice neighbors.
