Hi, I am a local landlord in the Philly area and am looking for a Handyman to service my properties (located in Fishtown, Fairmount and University City). Do you perform the following tasks? 1. Fix plumbing leaks 2. Plaster/sand/paint 3. Basic electrical work (replace outlets and switches) 4. Roof leaks 5. Tile and caulking 6. Apt turnover Looking for a handyman that is reliable, does clean correct work to code, detail oriented and responsive. I will pay you per the job performed. I am looking for you to be my go to maintenance person. You must be licensed and insured, I expect invoices to be provided for all work performed.
