Prodigy Property Management is accepting applications for a full-time Groundskeeper for The Residence at Park Villas located in Post Falls, ID. Scope and Purpose: To be responsible for the grounds-keeping of the property Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Maintain a professional image and attitude in keeping with the objectives of the company and resident’s welfare. • Keep the grounds, garbage container areas, hallways, garages and/or parking lots, in a neat and orderly manner, not allowing any trash or debris to accumulate. • Assist management/leasing staff with curb appeal which may include detailing model units, putting out balloons, banners, a-boards, etc. • Regular maintenance of the building exteriors and interiors. • Parking areas are to be maintained in a clean and safe manner. • Adhere to safety policies and procedures. • Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
