We are currently searching for a building maintenance technician helper in our San Antonio and Austin area office. This individual should possess excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
Qualified candidates must also have their own tools and truck.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE THAT CAN ASSIST OUR HANDYMEN WITH THE FOLLOWING DUTIES THAT INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Carpentry
· Painting
· Concrete work
· Replacing ceiling tiles
· Ceramic tile
· Sheetrock
· General handyman work
Qualifications
EDUCATION
• High school or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
• Some experience necessary.
