this is for people who find dogs and than post on CL that there is a rehoming fee to insure dog goes to a good home. I worked with a couple who bought dogs for a rehoming fee to fight them for money, the rehoming fee still got the dog's killed after a few fights and they made several thousand just from 1 fight. people who truly care about the dog's life don't charge a rehoming fee for a dog they found, they attempt to find a home for the dog. if you are going to charge for a found dog, don't mention you found it, its very tacky to show your greed in public.
