Hello ! My names Cole and i'm from Neon271 Agency ! Annually we do a search for musicians, actors and photographers to be added onto our roster for the new year. If you go to the website you'll see some of our big acts who have been signed for 2+ years and are only getting bigger! Currently, we are seeking Bands, Musicians & Photographers to book so here's a little about what I do: I book artist according to their liking & stats around America. All artist have to do is describe how long out of the year they'd like to tour, what states they are most popular in, what they want their usual pay to be and etc. My cut is between 15-20%. If it's a little show with not a lot of pay I get 15%, if it's a big show and we get paid over usual I get 20%. Keep in mind I'll only be choosing artist's that I think have a future that I can work on. Thank You ! As for photographers, we have so many artist and other buyers lining up for photo shoots not just at our agency but in my mail every month. I currently have 20+ gigs for a photographer in my mail that I refuse to let go. I decided to add photographers to my roster this year because there are too many jobs for them and it makes no since to not be apart of that. My cut is between 16-19% of your pay on gigs since all of the gigs I have lined up are big. Thank you for considering ! As all our artist's have done this, we charge a one time 5$ convenience fee for the work we put in before getting paid anything. I'll be up sending out emails for you and contacting between gigs i'll need a small starters pay for this time spent. The 5$ covers the cost to be put on the agencies roster also. We have packages for our artists like: Big Deal Package, includes : EPK ( You will need one ), Website, Digital Distribution, Street Team in big cities, song promotion, social media sites promotion Instagram,YouTube etc If you'd like to submit please contact me back asap !
