Electrician/Handyman needed

We need a Handyman who is familiar with electricity to re-establish power from our rental house to our rental barn. There is existing wiring and a 20 or 40 amp breaker in our home-garage that is marked BARN, but there is no power to the barn. We can pay $25 an hour for the electrical work. We also need to remove the current Sodium-vapor light fixture, and install a new solar LED light fixture at the top of an existing 20 foot tall yard light pole. We already have the fixture and can pay $15 per hour for this estimated 2 hour job. We also have several other smaller jobs in our rental house such as window glass repair and other smaller jobs that any handyman with some tools can perform. $15 per hour for the other smaller items. We also need 2 or 3 person crew to clean out the old contents of our large old barn by removing almost everything that is not structural and placing it into a close by field and burning it, or hauling off the non burnable items, or renting a one time dumpster. We will pay $15 per hour per man. Serious inquiries from reliable works only!
