Service Technician II (HVAC Certified)  Ensures all service requests and repairs are correctly completed and in a timely manner  Must have 2 years’ experience minimum in make-ready and apartment maintenance  Makes general appliance repairs, carpet repairs, A/C repairs and electrical repairs  A/C Certification I & II  Maintains courteous and helpful demeanor with residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation  Adheres to OSHA safety standards that are applicable for the safe performance of job  Works on-call, overtime, weekend, holiday, and evening work as required
