DELIVERY DRIVER - 16' or 26' Box Truck

We are a craft beverage distributor located in Portland, OR seeking full time delivery drivers. This is a Monday-Friday (day shift) position which requires a valid Class C driver license and acceptable driving record. An eligible candidate must have, or be able to get, a medical DOT card (we cover cost). We are currently offering a $500 Sign On Bonus (to be paid after completion of 90 days employment) + $500 Retention Bonus (to be paid after completion of 6 months employment) with acceptable attendance/performance/no accidents. Primary Responsibilities: Check all products onto delivery truck each day Drive assigned route to deliver company products in a safe, timely and professional manner Unload and load, check in and service product, stocking products when required by account Collect on invoices and complete route paperwork daily The ideal candidate must: Be 18 or over and able to lift up to 165 lbs. Be friendly and professional Adhere to and follow all company policies, procedures and governmental regulations Have a clean driving record, valid driver license and driving experience Be able to pass a background check Be flexible with hours and able to work overtime when necessary Be able to operate a handheld device during course of delivery route Have a minimum 1 year previous delivery driving experience in a 16' or 26' box truck Physical Requirements: Use power/manual pallet jack and hand truck Lift/carry 35 lbs. repetitively and up to 165 lbs. Push/pull 35 lbs. repetitively and up to 165 lbs.
