**Looking to Hire for Maintenance/Remodeling** (Inner N and NE Portland) We are currently looking to hire someone for residential maintenance and remodeling in North and Northeast Portland. We are a property management company that performs most aspects of maintenance, upkeep and remodeling in-house. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week guaranteed. Some of the things we do: *Apartment and house turn-overs *Landscaping *Painting and prep work *Drywall repair and installation *Demolition *Various carpentry *Lay laminate flooring *Refinish wood flooring *Cabinet installs *Door repair/installs *Window repair/installs *Replace switches and outlets *Replace light fixtures *Minor appliance repairs *Detail cleaning If you have experience in any or all of these areas, give us a call! We are looking to hire someone immediately. We offer set pay schedules, with pay days every other Wednesday. We also offer paid holidays, sick time and on-the-job mileage reimbursement. Must have basic tools and skills, be physically fit. Must be comfortable occasionally working on a ladder. Applicants with vehicle and valid Driver's License preferred.
