I've got a couple rental homes in Klamath falls that need minor repairs, to include: yard work, junk removal, some painting, and cleaning. The homes are currently vacant, so hours would be flexible. Some of the work is fairly physically demanding, like breaking up a small amount of concrete from where a shed was, and lifting them into a trailer/truck, cutting weeds, and bushes, moving large trash furniture etc. Some of the work is pretty easy, but requires some attention to detail, like interior touchup painting. There's at least a couple weeks worth of work. You would have to be self motivated, because I live in Medford, and can't be around for everything. I can bring up tools, and drop off trailers if needed etc. but cannot be onsite all the time. If you've got some tools yourself, or a trailer for dump runs, that's a bonus (though not required), as it would require less planning and traveling on my part. Pay is negotiable, but I was thinking about 15 bucks an hour for someone without a truck for dump runs, more for someone who is better equipped. You'd have to get to the jobsites yourself.
