Express is currently looking to recruit for a Quality Control Associate. This position may include a variety of tasks. These can include but not limited to working in a small lab or warehouse/growing room environment. Associate will be involved in verifying quality at different stages of seed production to ensure various criteria are met and communicated/documented.
Physical demands/Aptitudes of this position may include but not limited to:
*Standing on feet or sitting for long hours
*Bending, twisting, leaning reaching, squatting, etc
*Ability to occasionally lift, push, pull, tilt up to 50 lbs
*Able to see details on small seed with or without a microscope
Position will require
*Open availability throughout day hours
*Availability to commit to potentially long-term assignment
*Ability to both work well with a team or individually
*Quick learner and attention to detail are requirements for success
