Description
Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, I can no longer care for our two sweet boys, Walter and George (bonded pair)...Walter is the large, dark brown tabby and George is white/black. Walter is around 2 years old, George around 5. They are indoor cats, used to being around toddlers/young children and are very affectionate. Both are neutered, have no issues using litter boxes, don't scratch furniture (use their scratching posts), are rarely vocal, and are generally in good health. I haven't been able to afford regular vet check-ups lately, so they are not up to date on shots (boosters), but have had the original vaccines for rabies, etc (email for details).
I am requesting a reasonable rehoming fee to make sure they end up in a good environment. They MUST go together, as they are best friends. I will include up to 2 litter boxes (if needed), along with some of the food they are used to (dry kibble). I do have a cat tree/tower in good condition that is good for larger cats, which I would sell separately for $40.
I highly prefer that they go to a home with no dogs, because I have no idea whether they would tolerate this, and the prospect of rehoming is already stressful enough. I would consider a home with other cats *if* you think they would be able to live harmoniously. Walter and George are both pretty laid back and I imagine would be tolerant of other felines with a similar personality.
If interested, respond to this post via the link given; please explain a little bit about you/your family and why you are looking to adopt. Thanks!
