Description
Be on the lookout for blue SUV with Canadian plates. Two men in vehicle looking for dogs to steal. Seen in Massena July 19th at aprox. 6:30 a.m.. Don't put your dogs out in the morning without staying out with them. Same vehicle seen in other areas near by checking out dogs outside.
