Hey Craigslist, I’m looking for run-down looking houses in Northeast Ohio to buy, and I will pay you $15 per hour to find them. The real estate driver position is accountable for producing the following result: finding and documenting vacant, run-down, abandoned, or otherwise distressed looking houses in the area based on our investment criteria. Your job is to find 30-40+ houses per hour of driving that meet our criteria. Examples of houses that you would look for and send to me: Vacant Stuffed-full mailboxes Broken or boarded up windows Tarp on the roof or falling-off gutters Visually in bad shape Tall grass and/or ignored landscaping Handicap ramp I can give you a specific neighborhood to drive, or you can choose the areas that are easiest for you to drive within your area.
