Looking for preferably a well rounded climber. Has own climbing gear. Experienced in advanced rigging techniques, tight area takedowns, doesn't mind working for good pay. I offer incentive bonuses for increased production. Climbers with at least 5 years experience, and are qualified, will start at $45/hr. plus regular bonuses.
