Guitar/Keys to Start Band

I play bass and want to find one or two musicians to write and rehearse some original songs to record and play live with (unless you already have a really sick band and need a bass player.) I don’t have too much of a direction in mind, but I have little to no interest in playing full-on metal, butt rock, street punk, monotonous jams, comedy music, emo, pop or contemporary rock. I’m open-minded so long as it sounds original, interesting and tight. Let me know what kind of music you like if you’re able to play your instrument and want to write music. I’m great at coming up with instrumental parts and thinking of lyrics, but it’s way easier to brainstorm songs with one or two other people.
