Plain text only! - Summary - Please call Jeremy if you are looking for: -Competitive pay -Room for growth into management -Benefits We are looking for: - 6+ months experience preferred (not required) in residential lawn maintenance - We prefer a valid driver's license because we need drivers. -Valid Driver's License REQUIRED for Route Manager positions - A "can do" attitude and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions - Bilingual with Spanish is a plus! The Crew Member position reports to their Route Manager. Responsibilities, requirements, duties, and details of this position include but are not limited to the following: Requirements: -Clean driving record with a valid driver's license preferred -6 months+ lawncare/maintenance in residential Qualifications- * Demonstrate experience or willingness to learn and grow in knowledge of both residential and commercial lawncare * Demonstrate a solid work history with evidence of strong work ethic and initiative. * Possess a valid Florida driver's license and qualify for coverage under company auto policy. * Ability to demonstrate communication skills * Possess and maintain a physical fitness level necessary to complete assigned job tasks including; operation of light duty equipment, lifting, pushing, pulling in excess of 50 lbs, and walking yards of varying size for the duration of the work day. The ability to withstand varying weather conditions. * Ability to interact professionally and courteously with both employees and customers. The Route Manager position reports to their Service Manager. Responsibilities, requirements, duties, and details of this position include but are not limited to the following: Requirements: -Clean driving record with a valid driver's license REQUIRED -6 months+ lawncare/maintenance in residential Qualifications- * Ability to Manage up to 2 or more employees and an entire lawn maintenance route * Demonstrate experience or willingness to learn and grow in knowledge of both residential and commercial lawncare * Demonstrate a solid work history with evidence of strong work ethic and initiative. * Possess a valid Florida driver's license and qualify for coverage under company auto policy. * Ability to demonstrate communication skills * Possess and maintain a physical fitness level necessary to complete assigned job tasks including; operation of light duty equipment, lifting, pushing, pulling in excess of 50 lbs, and walking yards of varying size for the duration of the work day.
