A&E Automotive Repair and Towing, a fast-paced, AAA Roadside Assistance Provider servicing over 3,000 members monthly in Cypress, Los Alamitos and nearby surrounding areas is currently looking for both full time Battery Service Truck Drivers and Tow Truck Drivers. We need Battery and Service Technicians (Get Cars Started, Test/Replace Batteries, Tire Changes, Provide Fuel, Lockout Service, etc.... AAA experience is a plus, but not required.) ) AND Tow Technician (Tow Truck Driver, Flatbed or Wheel Lifts Available - Drivers with tow experience please. AAA experience is desired.) We do not operate between Midnight to 6am. Pay and hours will be discussed during the interview process. These positions need to provide great attention to detail, have a strong work ethic and be willing to work with a fantastic team. We are looking for motivated, experienced, fast, and knowledgeable drivers with the ambition and drive to continue to keep us ahead of the pack and be compensated fairly for that. In this role you will utilize communication equipment with our dispatchers and AAA members in order to respond quickly and accurately to those member's needs. Good organization skills are important to maintain legible records. Professional and courteous interaction with all contacts especially AAA members and employees is key in this position. Job Requirements: * Must have Excellent Customer Service Skills * Towing Experience and/or Mechanical Aptitude * Must be 21 or older. * Must be able to work either Day and/or Swing Shift, hours can be somewhat flexible. * Must be able to work some Weekends and Holidays * Must have a clean DMV print out (3yr) only * Must be able to work well with others... A team player * Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Complete criminal background check and pass a drug test * Must be punctual, responsible and dependable * Will train the right individual * Living in Central/North OC or Long Beach area is a plus Benefits include: Vacation Paid sick days Health Ins.
