We work directly with New Home Builders and alongside all the other trades on constructing Solar-Ready new homes in accordance with the Title 24 laws passed in 2020. We are seeking all who are interested in joining the team. No experience? No problem. We will give you the experience and knowledge you need to be successful. Lots of experience? Perfect. We will put you on a route to manage a crew and run your own developments. Not local? No problem. Our main hub is in Murrieta, we have another office in Santa Rosa, and we're opening up another in Palmdale in a few months!
