Keyboardist Needed for Working Top 40/Cover Band

This established Casino/Club/Wedding band has been performing in the Tri-State area for 20 years, with almost the same line-up. Our band has a "friends and family" type of vibe with a deep mutual respect of each other and what we collectively bring to our show. It's a team mentality and we have a strong work ethic as well... There is no drama here. Unfortunately we will be replacing our longtime keyboard player, and his sounds were an important part of our sound. Being a 6 piece band, we strive to achieve a big sound, and you will be a part off that. We try to duplicate as much as the original recordings as we can, within reason, without using tracks. And anyone that's up on today's current top 40 should have some knowledge on how to achieve those sounds, or at the very least, a close representation. We're looking for a musician that is versatile, has gear, reliable transportation, and is a team player. Background vocal ability is a HUGE PLUS, and if you can sing lead as well, even better ;) Our band works 4-5 times per month and usually books 2-3 months in advance, so PLEASE, no mercinary/calander pluggers. Not saying you can't pursue other endeavors, but this band must be a priority as we have contracts with various venues, and subbing out your shows is not a viable option. We're are an open and honest group and have a lineup dedication that reflects it. We also have a lot of fun together and will be taking our time to find the "right" band member.
