Skipper is apx 10 months old. Neutered male. Puppy pad trained and partially house trained. He doesn't like to go out without a friend or in the rain. Good with kids, other dogs and cats. Reason for new home: my daughter never puts down the puppy pads and he pees on the floor. Asking for a $50 rehoming fee. We are located in Swansea.
