Experience groundsman wanted, must have at least a couple of years experience running a chainsaw, must have transportation at least to a drop off and pick up location in spring Hill, car and license is a plus but not a necessity, but transportation is. Must have a good attitude and have no problem taking direction and get along with other crew members, being a climber is not a necessity but is definitely a plus and compensation will reflect that. I start everybody off for brownsman at $12 an hour cash at the end of the day for the first two weeks, if you are reliable and are a hard worker I jump you up to 14 an hour cash, and even higher if warranted. I need someone to start tomorrow, I usually work 3 days a week, but that will change as a I get more of a solid crew.
