skilled roofer wanted, Experienced with Torch Down Roofing, You need your own torch, fuel will be supplied. very experienced roofer who can find tough leaks and rip out and re-flash if necessary. All masonry buildings, in most cases you will need to re-mortor the counter flashing. Have some window caulking and a few Chimney caps to be repoured, most roofs i have scuttles and if a ladder is needed i have it.
