Description

Common area cleaning of Apartment Buildings. Includes moping, dusting, vacuuming, washing windows, polishing brass, changing lightbulbs. Bringing trash to curbside for city pickup. Must be able to lift 25lbs and stand/walk for a majority of the day. Hours are Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:00pm Starting Rate $15.00 per hour. Double pay for snow shoveling during the winter $30.00 per hour!
