Looking for Drivers/Foreman Step By Step Moving and Storage is looking for experienced hard worker to join our team as a driver and a Foreman. This is a leadership position at our company overseeing and assisting your crew with the moving of customer's items. Prior Moving REQUIRED. You must be strong and in good shape to fill this role. If you enjoy working with your hands in a team environment this is the job for you. Looking for a candidate seeking a long-term full time position Job Responsibilities Include: - Controlling a crew of up to 6 movers to complete jobs/tasks assigned by the company -Creating a good atmosphere to move items for customers. -Disassembly/Reassembly of furniture. Having your own tool box is a must! -Driving box trucks ranging from 16-26 feet. -Communicate with customers and office personnel. -Wrapping/Packing furniture and boxes. Job Requirements: - 2+ years moving experience in a Crew Chief or similar role -Valid Driver's License with clean driving record. -Ability to work well in a team environment and be respectful to customers and other employees. -Timeliness and attention to detail (You cannot be late for this job) -Ability to pass a background check -In good physical shape -Experience driving trucks -Ability to receive email and text messages - Ability to clearly communicate - Ready to work 8 to 10 hours a day - Social security number needs to be valid and you will be paid as a 1099
